Join us on the below day's for training:

Winter Start : May to July - Morning 07:00am  Evening 17:00pm
July to Aug - Morning 06:30am  Evening 17:30pm
Summer Start: Sept to April -Morning 06:00am and Evening18:00pm

Mondays 5km easy run and core Training -Evenings only
Tuesdays 10km Koppies or Hill Repeats Training -Evenings only
Wednesday 4,5,8km time trial or 2,4km walk -Evenings Only
Thursday 10km run easy -Evenings only
Friday rest
Sat Club run as per Club run calendar -Mornings only
Sun Club run as per Club run calendar -Mornings Only

It is the runner’s responsibility to register themselves with Central Gauteng Athletics. If you have not done so, then click the button below and follow the instructions. Assistance from the club can be provided by visiting us on Wednesday evenings from 17h30 to 20h00.
